Hi, I’m Emery.
I’m a Senior UX Designer at a Fortune 100 financial services company. I design products and experiences that ensure consistency and transparency between customer and associate interactions.
I bring together product design, service design, and qualitative research to create solutions informed by real user insights. My approach considers the entire service ecosystem so that every touchpoint, digital and beyond, is cohesive and streamlined.
Beyond wireframes and service blueprints, I thrive at facilitating design workshops — bringing cross-functional teams together to align on vision, uncover opportunities, and co-create better experiences.
From Art to Design
My path to UX design was anything but linear: I studied fine art, worked as an artist liaison in the art world, became a project manager at a digital marketing agency in the luxury real estate industry. These experiences sharpened my ability to empathize with users, connect with diverse stakeholders, and translate complex needs into clear, elegant solutions.
Today, I bring that same curiosity, adaptability, and creativity into my design practice — always aiming to bridge gaps between users, business goals, and technology.
